Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine brandneue Küche mit allen neuen Geräten sowie renovierte Bäder und 3 Flachbild-TVs und einen Computer, Ladestation im Wohnzimmer. Unser Cottage Stil 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf die Wellen und den Außenpool. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder den späten Nachmittag Sonnenschein auf dem komfortablen Balkon! Unser Blick ist das Foto auf der Diashow mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon sowie zum Wohn- / Essbereich. Sie können Delfine vom Balkon im Osten und die Intercoastal Waterway und Sonnenuntergänge im Westen sehen. Unser Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine fantastische neue Kingsize-Matratze, einen Flachbild-TV, Zugang zum Balkon und ein eigenes Bad.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat sowohl ein Queen-Size-Bett mit Memory-Schaum und eine Reihe von Kojen, die ausgezeichnete Memory-Schaum Topper sowie. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV. Dieses Zimmer ist perfekt für die Kinder oder es wird sogar eine 4-köpfige Familie beherbergen. Dies hat Zugang zum Balkon mit viel Kommode und Stauraum für alle! Das neue gemütliche Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ideal für ein Kind oder einen Teenager zum Schlafen. Wir haben auch ein tragbares Kinderbett von Graco mit Bettwäsche.
Die Küche ist komplett für alle Arten von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet. Das neue Aussehen der Küche ist noch nicht auf der Diashow oder auf dieser Seite abgebildet. Alle neuen Küchen und Haushaltsgeräte und neue Dinnerwear, Flatwear, Kochkleidung, Mixer sind alles inklusive. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Computerarbeitsplatz / Ladestation für Ihre gesamte Elektronik.
Die Wohnung hat eine neue Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner. Diese sind volle Größe, die in dieser Größe CONDO selten ist. Wir halten Wäschevorräte für unsere Gäste bereit.
Wir liefern auch grundlegende Kühlschrank Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze, Speiseöle, Spülmittel usw. in der Küche. PLUS bieten wir volle Nutzung unserer Outdoor-Besitzer Schrank, der alle Strand / Outdoor-Ausstattung umfasst. Wir haben Strandkörbe und Sonnenschirme, Sandspielzeug, Drachen, Tennisschläger und Bälle, Basketbälle, Schwimmhilfen, Fledermäuse und Bälle usw.
Der Außenwandschrank bietet unseren Gästen zusätzlichen Platz zum Aufhängen ihrer nassen Strandtücher, lassen sandige Flip-Flops oder speichern Ihre persönlichen Golfschläger !!!
Wir haben auch Baby-Zubehör wie eine Packung n spielen Krippe mit Bettwäsche und einen Fütterstuhl für die Kleinen.
Ein großer Vorteil für unser Gerät ist: Wir haben ein Tastatur-Türverriegelungssystem für unsere Haustür. Dies beseitigt die Sorge um den Verlust der Wohnung Schlüssel am Strand.
Schließlich haben wir persönliche Reiniger für den wöchentlichen Reinigungsservice unserer Wohnung. Also - wenn Sie unsere Wohnung mieten, wird es sicherlich sauber sein, wenn Sie mit den Laken auf den Betten und den Handtüchern auf den Regalen ankommen.

Nice, Clean and well stocked.

The condo was nice and clean. They had all the essentials for the week there. We just had to bring food, toiletries and stuff for the beach. It has immediate access to the beach with no real need to go elsewhere unless you want to. Easy check in/access. My only advice is use the dehumidifier it makes all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We have been to St Regis before and always enjoyed our time. Bills condo was a great place and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the use of the outdoor owners closet. It was very convenient to store all our beach stuff and not have to keep in the condo. We love sitting on the patio and the rockers are a perfect touch. Beautiful views of the ocean.

My family loves staying here! Bill was very accommodating, he quickly came to our aid when there was an issue at the rental and it was resolved with little to no interruption to our vacation. Relaxation with a great view!

We had a great family vacation (4 of us) in August - Jennifer was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. The condo is a perfect size for a family of 4-6 with everything you could need. Great views of the ocean, nice pool, easy beach access. Updates to the complex will make it even better in the future.

Great place to stay with kids

We have 5 children ages 12-2 and we felt very comfortable here. There were plenty of dishes and the kids were able to eat at the breakfast bar which they enjoyed. Not having to rent linens was a huge plus as many properties in the area do not supply them. The mattresses were very comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were a wonderful bonus. Owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

Perfection!!

Jennifer’s condo was perfect for my family! She had all the amenities we could have possibly needed! It’s super clean and decorated so cute! The kitchen is so well stocked and so is the closet with the beach supplies! She was so great to work with also. Responded to my texts super fast. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Much needed get away!

The property was just as described. Nice view of the pool and beach. The condo was an adequate size for a family of 5. Nice kitchen and eating area. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo because I still did laundry frequently even though I was on vacation. One drawback to the overall complex is the pool is a little small to service 3 buildings so at times in the afternoon it felt crowded. Overall nice property and facilities.

Great condo for a long stay

My wife and I stayed at here for the whole month of October and it was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed…Kitchen was just fine for cooking whatever we wanted. Nice view from the balcony…kick back with a cocktail and watch the pelicans dive. Owner was very responsive and friendly, though we really didn’t need him for much. Check-in instructions were easy and there was plenty of parking. Advantages to this condo? - This is a St. Regis property and had resort amenities that many condo communities do not. Two pools, easy beach access, gym with sauna, small arcade, massage therapist. The St. Regis property is also very well maintained…people constantly cleaning and updating the buildings and grounds. - There is also a bar/restaurant onsite which is nice since this community is at the quieter, north end of the island (which the locals say is best). The Aarr Pirate restaurant has very good bar food and creative cocktails. Many of the guests and residents carry-out from there. - There is also a coffee shop onsite owned by a super nice couple. - A 10-minute drive back across the bridge provides several more restaurants (Rick’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is excellent). Surf City is about 15-20 mins way and has just about everything. - One more big plus for me…the owner has the NFL network in his cable plan, so didn’t miss any football! I can say we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Our family was very disappointed with our stay at the property based on the price and overall condition of the property, Condo is old and in need of updating on many fronts. Lots of damage, general update, especially painting is a real need. Had trouble with the living room TV that was partially resolved but not fully. Owner was quick to respond but overall not a great experience.

Not the worst place ..

This stay wasn’t a complete wreck. The home was very old floors were sticky and turned your feet black. Three towels for 5 people. The kitchen is “stocked” but honestly not a complete set of anything to cook a full nice meal. The TV’s didn’t work in the room and the owners fix was for us to call and have it set up to be fixed. I could hardly ever get a response from the owner and when I did it was hours or a day later. I liked the resort itself only complaint is the resort seems run down too, dead plants, broken playground piece, can’t say I will 100% stay here again if I did it would not be in this condo.

My new favorite condo at St Regis/North Topsail

A beautiful spacious 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Gorgeous remodeled kitchen, fully furnished with all the utensils of your home kitchen. Overall you simply walk in & feel that warm loving home feel, instead of just another rental. Cleaning includes bed linens premade, bathroom and kitchen towels, & a huge supply of BEACH TOWELS! Then access to the owner's outdoor closet that has everything, no more packing beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, kites, and so much more. Definitely a very generous idea, that saves time from packing, extra trunk space, and best of all no sandy car coming home due to the beach chairs & toys. The owner's are fabulous, answering any questions within an hour or less. The best owner's I personally have worked with based on my previous 8 visits to North Topsail in the last 2 years. I will definitely be checking on this condo first for all my future visits. Simply LOVED staying here. Thanks so Much!

Worst trip Ever

The landlord is unreasonable.Worst experience renting of my life. She demanded us to clean and leave for her showings with a realtor. She said I was making her cry at work and they were filing for bankruptcy . I must leave for the showing. We were not informed until it was to late for a refund that the property would be shown to possible buyers. We were made to leave for the showings and to keep the place clean. The indoor pool and hot tub was not working. It was supposed to be working before our stay. She wanted to place spotless when we left plus pay the cleaning fee. She texted one day 24 times about her requirements for showing. This was the worst vacation of my life. The stress from her harassment made my husband leave early. I have pictures of how we left the property . It was clean when we left. Location is good but landlord is the worst. She lies about everything. I called Vrbo during vacation for help. It did not work. She did not answer the phone for them.

We are in love with Topsail Island, NC. From the moment you cross the bridge, you feel like you are on island time. We have personally stayed in this condo for months at a time, so every accommodation to make this a home away from home has been made. I love walking the beach each morning at daybreak, then sit on the balcony relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee watching the sun finish its rise before setting off to an activity-filled day.

St. Regis is truly the best location to enjoy the island outside while living in a resort environment. The beaches are fabulous and the resort has everything you could want for the perfect beach lovers' getaway! We love the fact that St Regis Resort has an indoor(which is very rare) pool as well as every rare outdoor pool! It gives the children a place to play if the weather turns sour on us!!

An indoor pool is a definite unique quality of our resort for Topsail Island. The brand-new rebuilt indoor pool facility should be opened in summer 2021 (based on delays due to Covid 19). Plus the playground & basketball court can be enjoyed by all!! Our condo is comfortable for families with more than 1-2 children. Our second bedroom has comfortable bunks and also a queen bed. We have a dual recliner sofa comfortable for a small adult/teen plus a good full-size air mattress and pack n play crib. The Master bedroom has a king and the perfect spot for the pack n play if needed. We have at least 4-5 beach chairs for our guest's use and tons of beach/sand toys plus tennis rackets.
