Penalties may apply otherwise. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images with the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/video shoots starts at 100 euros, depending on your needs.
