The first floor of this awesome getaway is packed with two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom, a kitchen that's fully equipped, a fancy dining room, a cozy sitting room, and a family room with giant sliding doors that lead straight to the pool deck. The kitchen is so big, it could host its own cooking show, boasting brand-spanking-new countertops and top-notch stainless steel appliances.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom that's fit for a king or queen, complete with shiny hardwood flooring, not one, but two walk-in closets, and a bathroom that's basically a spa. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower for two, and a garden bath – it's the perfect place to soak away your worries. The master bedroom even has a gigantic window overlooking the pool and the beautiful conservation area.

On the other side of the upstairs, there's a lounge that's just waiting for you to chill out in, and it's surrounded by three more bedrooms and yet another full bathroom.

But let's not forget about the pool deck – it's your ultimate sun-soaking destination! With a large screened-in patio and an extended pool deck that's practically begging for some sunbathing action, you'll be living the good life. Plus, the pool is perfectly south-facing, so you'll soak up the rays all day long. After a dip, how about a BBQ meal cooked right off the grill? Enjoy it in the covered poolside dining area. And at night, have a soak in the spill-over jacuzzi hot tub! Plus, the patio has a garden view, so you get the added privacy of no rear facing neighbours!

Parking:
You can park in the driveway, up to 2 vehicles and 2 in the garage . Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

All residents are welcome to use the tennis court, basketball court, and parks at Oak Park in Poinciana. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Crescent Lakes is a large, well-kept and peaceful community in Kissimmee, close to Disney, Universal and all other popular Orlando attractions.

Whether you're a kid at heart or a teenager with boundless energy, we've got something for everyone. Our playgrounds are equipped with slides, climbing frames, and swings, perfect for the little adventurers in your group. For the more competitive souls, we've got basketball and tennis courts where you can challenge your fellow vacationers to a friendly match.

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 35 - 40 Minutes.

The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 75 - 80 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 95 - 100 Minutes from here.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
