Charming 1-bedroom Studio apartment in Danbury with Terrace/Pool & Hot Tub

Although part of a home, it is very private with its own separate entrance. It comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen allowing you to prepare your meals. It also has a designated workspace with reliable wifi to accommodate remote workers and business travelers. The sofa sleeper comes very handy for group of friends or families traveling with children. -Dearfield Terrace:
Spring to Fall the charming Deerfield Terrace is open for guests to use. (May15-November 15; sometimes mid April if there is no snow fall in the forecast). It has a fire pit and space heaters are available to keep you warm on cooler autumn nights. Very peaceful and cozy space to sip on your morning coffee, do some reading, or simply listen to the sound of nature.

-Pool and Hot tub Patio:
Pool chairs and oversized umbrellas create a very relaxing atmosphere and give a resort feel. There are a lot of bird singing so it feels very tropical. It offers a perfect night sky for stargazing. It a shared space with the owner/host. It is accessible from May 15 - September). This area is closed right after Labor Day.

-Scenic rail-trail:
There are a couple of scenic rail-trails nearby if you want to hike, ride your bike or simply go for a walk.
*Empire State Trail
*Maybrook Trailway
*Pine Mountain Hiking trail

-Additional Rules:
*Do not go beyond areas marked "NO TRESPASSING"

*Quiet hours: 9:00pm-7:00am

*Pool and Hot tub: It is a shared space with the owner/host. Only guests of the apartment are allowed. Please wear swim suits and cover ups when using the space. No glasswares. Acrylic cups and plates are provided for your convenience .

*Dearfield Terrace: Please don't leave any food or garbage outside or on the terrace. Animals may rip the bags open and strew trash around.

-Maximum occupancy is 4 guests: 2 adults and 2 children 0-14
*Pricing: 2 guests: $350
*Additional guest age 0-14 : $50 per night/per guest
*Additional guest age 14 and over: $150 per night/ per guest

-Check-in and Checkout:
Early Check-in: Free of charge and based on availability
Late Check-out: $80 per hour from 11:00am-3:00pm. Request must be made at time of booking.

-Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $100. Fees will increase for long stay 7 nights or more.
