Guest will have a full access inside the unit, 2 covered assigned parking stalls(Tandem) on the 4th floor, and all the amenities in the building which are swimming pool, BBQ grills & Party Space. Nice Roof Top Amenity!
The Mailbox is not for guest use. Please see the house rules.
For your convenience, we have a self check in established so you can arrive at any time after 3PM. I am in and out of island but when I am not in town my Local staff(s) will be available to help you. Have a wonderful time here in paradise.
Only 2 main blocks away from the World Famous Waikiki Beach. A lot of Restaurants and stores around. Very convenient Location!
If you have a car, you can park in the building in your own stall. There is a bus stop just around the corner which takes you almost anywhere on the island.
As of March 26, domestic trip to Hawaii as well as travel within the Hawaiian Islands no longer need to quarantine, take a COVID-19 pre-travel test or show proof of vaccination. The Safe Travels platform will no longer be utilized. Please go to Hawaii Tourism Authority and Hawaiicovid19 website for more details.
Travelers arriving in Hawaii directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements; please consult with your airline.
Masks are not mandatory but recommended when in confined spaces such as elevators
Social Distancing is still in effect, elevator wait times may be longer
For public health safety precaution, the amenities may have restrictions
Please take an extra care of the keys and fob as fobs are expensive to replace. Mahalo!
There will be water shut off every first Wednesday of the month from 9am to 12pm due to building repairs.
- Check-in at 3:00 pm, Check-out at 11:00 am
- Only registered guests may stay
- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.
- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.
- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am)
- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.
- Please do not remove/untangle the wires/cable during check-out
- No Smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana even on the lanai and No Animals due to sensitive allergic reaction. No illegal activities
- We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of Fob Keys; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding
- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.
- Please treat my home as if it were your own.
