Ideal for a family vacation or a peaceful ski trip, our townhome is a short walk from the bus stop, making the lifts at Heavenly Mountain and local attractions easily accessible.

Only a quick 2-minute ride from the Stagecoach Chairlift at Heavenly Ski Resort, we are the perfect spot for your winter adventure. Our townhome combines home comforts with adventure, whether you prefer to cozy up by the fireplace or gear up for outdoor fun. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing on nearby trails with incredible views and family-friendly sledding hills.

Within a 10 minute drive, you will find an array of gourmet restaurants, chic bars, charming coffee shops, and delectable grills, you'll have the opportunity to explore and discover culinary delights that will tantalize your taste buds.

We offer 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests, ideal for family getaways or thrilling ski trips. The interior exudes comfort, highlighted by natural wood floors and walls, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The main level features two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed. A shared bathroom with a double basin sink complements the living area, where you can relax by the electric fireplace, enjoy sunset views, and cook incredible meals on the balcony's gas BBQ grill. The lower level houses the master suite with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Pet-friendly with luxury white bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, complete toiletries and supplies, this retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and serenity for all.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

PARKING:
Our community parking lot is located roughly 500 feet away from our front door. If you need to drop off your luggage when you first arrive, you are welcome to do so, but please limit loading and unloading time to 15-20 minutes.

SNOW PARKING NOTE: When overnight snowfall accumulates over 4”, you MUST have your vehicles moved out of the parking lot by 9AM so they can plow the parking lot. Vehicles cannot be returned to the parking lot until it has been plowed.

HOA Amenities:
The pool (seasonal) & hot tub area (year-round) are an off-site shared community amenity. The facility is a short drive away, and is open between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm.

STAIRS : We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs
