You have private access to your two private bedrooms and private bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, living rooms, study, W/D, coffee bar, and back yard are all shared with your hosts, Katie and Cory, their dogs Ghost and Spirit, and their two very sweet cats Beatrix and Binx.

Katie and Cory live in the master suite and have their own bathroom so they do not use the guest bathroom.

Shared community living is perfect for those who are looking for a more affordable and social way to stay in a nicely appointed home in South Lake Tahoe without the price tag of a private place. Please feel welcome, our home is yours :-)

You have private access to your two bedrooms, but the kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room, study, driveway, and yard are all shared.

We do not allow sleeping in common areas, all members of your party must sleep in your private bedrooms.

Katie, Cory, and their fur babies are super friendly and love to meet their guests, but they will also follow your lead on social interaction and give you all the space you need. Their master suite is on the far side of the house and your two areas are separated by the common area (kitchen/living room).

This is a SHARED home rental. Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, and laundry detergent.

ALSO:

There are ongoing remodels being done in the home's common area. The bedrooms and bathroom will remain the same as the photos reflect, but please expect the living area to look slightly different (larger and nicer) than what you see in our current photos. We will be taking updated photos of the living area once the renovation is finished, as Katie & Cory are working on it slowly over time when guests are not present.
