Welcome to this gorgeous single level home located in close proximity to many attraction and theme parks: Walt Disney world, Universal studios, Lego land Florida, Kennedy space center, Island H2O. Driving distance to coco beach. House is located in Champions gate community. It is a fantastic guarded and gated community with many amenities to suit everyone in the family.

The residence offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. Master bedroom is large and spacious with its own private full bathroom. Bedroom#2 is spacious with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are furnished with a full bed size and a twin size bed in each room. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

The house features a covered heated pool and spa along with plenty of outdoor patio space for relaxing and enjoying the Sun and warm FL weather.
The house has washer and dryer for convenience. Full kitchen equipped with latest appliances. Tv. Wi-Fi. Pets allowed. Bathtub. Cleaning products. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body soap. Hangers. Disney with the Grands
We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and comfortable. We liked having all of the rooms on one level. There were three generations together in our family and my grandchildren loved the bunk beds in the Minions room. My family and I have stayed at Champions Gate several times, so we knew we could expect a clean and safe environment. The kitchen was outfitted with a variety of cookware and dinnerware, making it easy for us to prepare meals to our liking. There was an adequate number of towels for bathing and for use at the pool. We were able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub as well as experience the water slides at the Oasis Club. The house is conveniently located for grocery shopping and a short distance to Disney Parks and other local attractions. We would definitely rent this house again!

Spring Break in Florida
We visited for a spring break softball tourney and loved having room for several families and being able to cook breakfast and dinner there. Easy walk to the Oasis club where we did a team dinner. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings ! Unfortunately the pool heater wasn’t working when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the homeowner refunded us some money for this so that was much appreciated! Lots of flexibility on check in and check out - thank you for allowing us to arrive early and stay a little later ! We enjoyed our time and would book again the next time we come to Orlando !

Excellent villa rental
This villa rental was great! Fully equiped. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen and spacious dining room. It was fun hanging out on the patio. The only issue was garbage storage outside was limited and pickup was infrequent.

Nice home in Champions Gate
We loved this property! The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the TVs to work, but the host responded to our call for help immediately! One thing I would suggest to the owners is putting a handrail near the steps of the pool and the hot tub for us old folks whose knees don’t work so well anymore! But the pool was spotless and perfect temperature! Would definitely recommend!

Let’s just say that when I plan a trip my number one thing that I look for is cleanliness. When I was looking to book this trip I found many places that looked just as nice ( some even bigger and a little cheaper). But after days of reading reviews we narrowed it down to this property and I’m so glad we did. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew this was a clean house. The house had everything you could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying there again.

The place was perfect for us!! Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all attached to them!! Needed one more beach towel and they brought it over right away. Very nice owner and management company. There are pool floats that were left by other guests. We left a few as well. We would definitely stay again. The community pool area was very nice, an fyi…the kids have to be 16 to go without an adult and you need a confirmation of your stay there to show proof. Easy access to airport and Disney.

Overall the house was a good size for our family. The only thing we wished was there were a few more or one more lounge recliner chair to lay out by the pool. The heated pool was everyone’s favorite and for that they’d want to come back next time! It was very relaxing time!

Great Place at a Great Location
A terrific home at Champions Gate, provided our family with everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained and when we did have a maintenance issue (the battery in the smoke alarm needed to be changed), they were right there to fix it promptly. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a nice, safe, clean family-friendly place to stay.

Clean and comfortable home: absolutely amazing!
This was an amazing home to stay in! It was very, very clean (this is super important to me). The home was tastefully decorated and had a lot of extra little touches to make it feel homey (kids decorations, artificial plants, tv/video games). The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Bathrooms and laundry were clean and convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped. Literally anything that was needed was available. Ample dishes, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery. All well organized. The pool and hot tub was amazing. So nice to have a private pool to enjoy as a family. The neighbourhood is gorgeous. You feel special driving into the community and it adds to the appeal of this property. Some other things to note that were important to us: It was a short drive (about 20/25 minutes) to Disney Hollywood Studios. Publix is about 5 minutes away. Honestly, this is the best short term rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying at and I would book this home again in the future. I highly recommend this home.

Family get together.
Absolutely a clean and open home. My husband and I travel often and stay in five star resorts and this house is just that five stars. The host had everything needed to start off your first night and then some more days. The beds were comfortable and the pool was clean and water temperature was perfect. Our family came in from up north and no one wanted to leave. Not only would we rebook we would recommend this house 1000 times over. Thank you so much for your attention to details!

A wonderful respite in ChampionsGate!
Our family spent nine days/eight nights at this property, one of the many we have frequented at ChampionsGate. Though not as large as other properties, it was plenty spacious, well furnished and very tastefully decorated. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Even with some chilly nights, the pool heat allowed us to have some nightly swims! The owners and Management were excellent both in terms of communication in responding to issues. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!
