Exclusive access to the apartment. Enter using the keypad on the back doors that face the parking lot for direct access. For security, the front doors facing Main Street remain locked and are only used for exits. A photo guide for parking is available to ensure you find your designated spot with ease. Please note, access to the basement is not included.

- Toiletries are available in the home and restocked after every stay
- This historic three-story duplex features traditionally narrow and steep stairways without an elevator
- There are narrow stairs leading to this unit, please be careful when carrying luggage up the stairs
- Washer and dryer are not included, however there is a laundromat nearby
- Parking accommodates two standard-sized vehicles

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. -- This property has four exterior cameras, one at each entrance to the building.
- Some homes have pools and hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features. - Use at your own risk.
- In the State of Rhode Island and in Bristol County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- With our great location, there may be some street noise.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Ups and downs

We are from RI originally and often stay in Warren or Bristol when we visit. Unfortunately, there were many issues from the start with our stay. Communication was fast, but we did not have the check in details and I was scrambling to get that sorted as we were driving from the airport; then when received, things were not clear as there are 2 buildings, east and west. We were trying to access the wrong unit. The code for the outside door took time to work. We had issues with wifi where only I could access it and not my partner since I had booked the stay, but they provided another wifi for him to access. We enjoy warm cozy spaces and this was not it. There was not much lighting in the kitchen area. Things were more sparse and cold. It is loud, but we knew that would be the case given its location on Main St. For us, we have just learned that homes rented out by individuals versus rental companies makes all the difference as far as those thoughtful touches and warm accents to a space. Location is great as far as walkability into Warren area restaurants and bars. Just know that if you are looking for warmth and coziness, this isn't the place.
