Prescott, a year-round haven, offers an array of activities, from the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July to special events on Halloween, the Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, the enchanting Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, and festive Christmas celebrations. You can play games or put together a puzzle, read a good book, or watch a movie on the Smart TV or DVD player. Log into your favorite streaming services with the Fire TV Stick.

Dining Room: The dining room sits freely between the living room and kitchen providing a large formal dining table offering seating for six. With views off the front porch, you’ll be captivated by the scenery while enjoying a meal. Additionally, a small drop-leaf dining table with seating for 4 offers guests the perfect place for kids to eat or play a game.

Kitchen: The kitchen boasts a comprehensive inventory, ensuring you have everything you might need for your culinary endeavors. Essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and stove, stand ready to assist in crafting delicious meals. Coffee, tea, creamer and sweetener, as well as essential spices are provided. The kitchen seamlessly opens to the dining area and living room, enhancing the flow and functionality of the space.

Bedroom1: Unwind in this cozy bedroom, featuring full size bunk bed, lamps and additional sleeping space on the fold down sofa. Guests may access the private balcony from here as well.

Bedroom 2: Relax in this bedroom, featuring a full size bed, bedside tables, lamps, a dresser, and walk-in closet. A corner chair, floor lamp, and side table provide a quiet spot to read.

Master Bedroom: This beautiful bedroom features a King size bed, bedside tables, a lamps, and a seating area next to the dresser. The walk-in closet provides additional storage space. The Master bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Accessible to all guests, this bathroom features a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap.

Master Bathroom: This ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, single sink vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap.

Laundry area: A stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Located next to in the main entryway, the laundry area also includes a small supply of laundry detergent, an iron, and ironing board.

OUTSIDE

Highland Hill Retreat offers a beautiful outdoor setting for your enjoyment from sunrise to or sunset. The expansive 40-ft covered front porch offers two seating areas, an outdoor dining table for six, and a buffet counter; perfect for gathering together and enjoying the Historic neighborhood.

This property features outdoor cameras facing the front walkway door, garage entrance and patio entrance.
Please note: There is No Smoking or vaping on the premises.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the service animal fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed.

Pets or No Pets; It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
