The shared space has a family room, a dining table and full kitchen.

Your private room has a vaulted ceiling and large ensuite private bath. There is plenty of storage with drawers built into the bed frame as well as bed side table drawers and the open closet. The garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor and additional locking storage cabinets. If you are musically inclined, there is a weighted keyboard you may play. The neighborhood is excellent for walking. Calavera Hills Mountain Trail is a short drive away. There is also a park walking distance with new outdoor fitness equipment.

You may access all parts of the space. Your private room is keypad locked for your added peace of mind. The rest of the home is shared space. There are 2 professional male tenants. One is your "live-in host" who can answer any questions and concerns. Both tenants are hard working, clean, and quiet. They do not drink, smoke or party.

The house is located in a quite residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is easy with two parking spots in the driveway and guest parking spots and street parking options. Shopping is a breeze with a Albertsons and Walmart only 5 minutes away. Downtown Carlsbad is located 10 minutes to the west and has a wide variety of places to dine, drink and enjoy live music.
