****Dogs
- Must be disclosed and approved first.
- $250.00 per dog, per stay.
- Dogs not allowed on furniture (beds, blankets, couch)
- Dogs must be cleaned after in the yard and bowls must be left cleaned.
- Not disclosing dogs will result in losing your deposit and a negative review.
- Cleaning & Dog fee does not include cleaning after pup(s) in the yard.
- Damage caused by Dog is subject to additional fees.

- Enclosed front yard and backyard with a large deck for entertaining. Outdoor table seats 7.
- Street parking only, you may need to walk a small block or two. Some guests choose to park their car on the street in front of the house with the hazards on while they unload. Once you park you have many conveniently located options within walking distance: grocery store and liquor store across the street, coffee shop, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in hillcrest and north park!

Our two listings are completely stand alone, private and separated by a 7ft tall wooden fence, with the option of unlocking the fence to combine the two yards for larger groups traveling together.

-Free street parking only in the surrounding neighborhood. The best time to find parking is before 5:00pm. Uber and Lyft is highly recommended.
