It's packed with modern appliances, including an air fryer, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, Keurig and coffee machine and a spacious countertop for all your food prepping and serving needs. The kitchen also includes a table with seating for 4 and 2 bar stools for additional seating.
Back Patio Area: Enjoy comfortable covered seating with an adjustable sun screen and evening string lighting. Part of your group can cook up a storm with a BBQ/smoker combo while the others play some fun outdoor games with a light-up corn hole set, Kan Jam game, and ping pong table in the garage beside the patio.

You'll have full access to the entire property (3 bedroom, 3 bathroom), private garage, washer/dryer, and access to the community pool.

Staying longer than 28 days?
Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $250/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
