The Space:
Guest needs to fill out the condo application online ($150) in order to be registered in the building, and place a security deposit of $2,000.00 (fully refundable within 5 business days post check out). Instructions below.

Guest Access:

Parking is available at $24/night (Valet).
Self-parking spot (covered) is $100/month. (guest must have completed the condo's application)

Guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement to submit it with the condo application. The application requires the personal information of the guest and is not collected by Stayplus. It is collected by the condominium association. (TenantEvaluation) . The fee for the application is $150/person (must be paid outside of Airbnb directly onto the Tenant Evaluation app.)

Please keep in mind that this is a high-end condo building with security and private access to residences, therefore we cannot offer you accommodation without you completing the process.

-PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami.
-FREE TROLLEY RIDE: Nearest stop is on 31st on Biscayne

* No Smoking (up to $250 fine)
* Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not checked out by 11:30 AM
* A full extra night's charge will apply if the guest stays past 12:15 PM
* Quiet enjoyment is essential. Please be mindful of noise levels. Disturbing the peace of other guests or neighbors is prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM on weekdays, and 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends.
* For reservations made outside of Airbnb, a security deposit ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 is required, along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.
*No packages or mail accepted. Please use a nearby pickup location. Sending packages here is at your own risk; we are not responsible for lost or unaccepted items.

Miami’s rich ecosystem, filled with lush plants, lizards, and diverse wildlife, adds to its charm, though occasional tropical rainstorms are common. Rest assured, all our properties are regularly inspected and treated with monthly pest control to ensure a comfortable, pest-free stay.
