It is located in a peaceful and family- friendly neighborhood in Apopka, Florida. Just a few miles to canoeing, swimming in crystal clear springs. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Parties and events are held elsewhere, as this is the perfect place for you to come, rest and relax.
The Space
It's a quiet and pleasant place to be comfortable and relax. You’re located on the right side of the hallway giving you easy access to your room and bathroom. We are a family of three plus a little dog ( Ginger) who also lives in the house, we would respect your quietness and privacy as much as we would love to get respect and privacy as well.

Guests Access
In this accommodation, you'll find the front door controlled by a smart lock, and the bedroom door with a key. Upon your check-in time, we will send you the access codes, allowing you to easily enter your rented space.
During your stay
We are available to help and communicate through the app, via phone and often times present at the property. Please make sure to message me through the Vrbo message thread. Kindly refrain from sending messages through any other chat app or social network, as they will not be answered.

The air conditioner in our place is centrally controlled, meaning the temperature setting is shared among all the bedrooms. To strike a balance, we've set the night temperature to 75 degrees, but feel free to contact us if it’s too cold or too warm,. Rest assured; we have options available to help you stay warmer if needed, but if it’s too warm the room also comes with a ceiling fan that can be used. During the day, the AC temperature is set to 76 degrees, providing a comfortable environment for your stay. We hope this suits your preferences.

This property does not have cable TV, but you can enjoy unlimited streaming with Netflix and YouTube. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote and use the Guest account. The TV remote is located on your nightstand.
