Upstay presents this 7-bedroom vacation home, large enough for 18 guests. Located at the Solterra Resort, you'll be minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. The home features a garden-facing enormous furnished back sundeck, complete with a private swimming pool and hot tub jacuzzi. Inside, you'll find your own games room with family favs like billiards, air hockey, and arcade basketball. All the comforts of home included, like free WiFi, A/C and parking.

The Space:
Stretch out and relax on a lounge chair while soaking up that Florida sunshine. Plunge into your private pool when it's time to cool off. You'll love the privacy of having no rear facing neighbours as you look out onto the grassy backyard. Gather the crew for poolside drinks or a BBQ snack cooked fresh from the grill. There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen to bring out your inner Iron Chef.

Each of the seven bedrooms comes with fresh linens, comfy mattresses, and its own smart TV. The entire home is connected to high speed WiFi, so you can be sure those poolside selfies get posted right away. There are two living spaces, the first on the ground level of the home, and the second upstairs in the loft. Both have large flatscreen TVs with spectrum and cable service.

The ground level also hosts two of the seven bedroom suites, while the others are upstairs. You'll also find a games room down here, converted from the garage. There's free parking available on the driveway, plus the added convenience of in-home laundry machines and central air conditioning.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, while parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

$37.45 for groups of 1-12 people,
$48.15 for groups of 13 and more.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
1. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

2. We're happy to deliver:
- a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
