After waking up in the hallway outside of the condo on the floor with my wife and son beside me I wondered how to write this review… So here it is. Well we found ourselves sleeping in the hallway New Years Eve because we could not access the condo due to an electronic door lock mishap and poor communication with the management company and host.
Unfortunately in todays society people have forgotten customer service-little things like telling tenants where to pick up wrist bands and key cards, to not answering phone calls, texts, or emails until it suits them, to your tenants being forced to sleep out side of their rented condo, in the hallway, because no-one was on duty and/or no-one cared to answer their phone or read an email/text. If you’re into this “new” form of customer service this property and the management company-1st Choice Reality is for you. In Short the last straw was our front door electronic door lock reseting at midnight Dec 31st. and we could not gain access to the condo. Not knowing this we attempted to contact the management company and host multiple times thru VRBO and the hosts Costa Rican phone number to seek assistance, with no good results. We did get ahold of the host at 9:00 am on a US number, but he had not reviewed any messages, texts or emails..to much to fit in this comment box but in short Management Company not good.
