Liability Waiver:
The terrain on Lake Lanier ranges from gentle slope to very steep. The flatter the walk, the shallower the water. The walk to the lake is a gentle slope. My parents, both in their 70s, handle the walk just fine.
Please be careful as it is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slopes & steps. Negligence may cause a slip and fall, and care must be taken, especially with younger children.
Also, you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any consequences caused by your party. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. Children under 12 should wear a life jacket around the water.
