Key Access Details
Check-in instructions, including door lock and access codes, will be sent one day before your arrival.

Hassle-free parking with a carport for 2-3 cars and additional street parking.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
PET-FRIENDLY STAY
Bring your furry friends along to enjoy the vacation with you! We welcome house-trained pets for a $100 fee per pet. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GUESTS
Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $25/night fee will be applied.

NOISE LEVEL MONITORING
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.

SUPPLIES
We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.

SECURITY CAMERA
For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras regularly monitored by our security team—one at the doorbell and one in the carport.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs.

ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
