We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that apartment is located in an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Only small pets under 50 lbs are allowed.
