Welcome to our lovely spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom in Glassell Park, Los Angeles! Accommodating up to 6 guests, work space & TVs in every room. This centrally located home offers stunning city and mountain views. Enjoy the bright and airy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay, specially on those days full of adventure. We are centrally located in the city!
NOTE: There is construction finalizing on the lot next to our unit. You might hear occasional construction sounds on certain days.
This spacious and private 3rd floor serviced apartment featuring two cozy bedrooms and ample space options. PRIME Los Angeles central location! This is an amazing point place if you are planing to tour LA and its many attactions!
We are only 4 miles away from the LEGENDARY Dodger Stadium, 6 miles to see the planets at the BEAUTIFUL Griffith Observatory, 2 miles to the SPECTACULAR final resting place and museum Forrest Lawn. 12 miles to the most FUN Universal Studios!
*MASTER BEDROOM A:
Boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and TV accommodating up to 2 guests. This room offers a private ensuite full bathroom. TV, dresser and iron.
*BEDROOM B:
You'll find a Full-size bed and a Twin-size bed, perfect for up to 3 guests. TV, dresser and work station.
**BOTH rooms offer a private TV and a window AC
*LIVING
The large living room sofa is where our 6th guest sleeps, sheet pillow and cover can be found in bedroom B's closet. Comfortable reclaining seating and Smart Roku TV is set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services. We offer an electric heater with dygital fire for a cozy feeling.
*DINING
Wooden table with 6 chairs (The pictures show 4 but we recently added 2 extra chairs)
*KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen with everytghing you need to cook home made meals. Pots, pans, plates, cups, dishwasher, full size range and oven, microwave, full size fridge with ice and water dispenser, keurig coffee maker and complementary coffee pods.

**WiFi Internet to keep you connected-
*BATHROOMS
2 full size bathrooms for your convenience
(One inside the master bedrooom) offering complementary fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
*LAUNDRY
Washer & Dryer is on the first floor outdoor area for your laundry needs, detergent provided for your initial uses.
*OUTDOOR SPACE
We offer a shared dining area on the first floor with seating for 6, BBQ grill and heater. The outdoor dining area is shared but mostly used only by our guests. Please feel free to enjoy this area Anytime from 8am - 10pm**
*PARKING
Free steet parking, first come first serve, sometimes limited. Please confirm with the street signs posted for street sweeping days or you could get a ticket.
If you can't find parking nearby on our street we can accomodate you inside the gated driveway. You'll just need to message the host to move his car in case he's blocking yours.

*HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
1. NO PARTIES or events allowed.
2. Our home is strictly NON-SMOKING. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property or if there is a "smoke" smell inside the home.
3. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum (between 10 pm and 8 am).
4. To prevent plumbing issues, do NOT flush any baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash bin provided.
5. Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
6. When leaving the house, please close all windows and lock the main Entry door. The door will automatically lock once the "X"/🔒 button is pressed on the keypad.
-By booking our home, you agree to abide by these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful time at our property-

A few reminders to enhance your stay:
-Initial paper supplies (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll) are complimentary; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery stores if needed. Cleaning supplies are located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
-We do not offer parking at our property, however, street parking is free, first come first serve. Please look at/confirm with the street signs posted for street sweeping days or you could get a ticket.
-Feel free to use the Washer and Dryer, these are located on the first floor, shared outdoor area. Remember to please clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first few uses.
-Our community is Family-Oriented and safe. You will have access to the whole condo but please be aware that the outdoor patio, pathways, entry gates and stairs are shared with our lovely neighbors from the other units.
-We kindly ask that you treat the neighborhood with respect during your stay.
-Unfortunately, we can not guarantee early check-ins or check-outs at this time.
