NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the host in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. Parking Area:
- Street parking only governed by City Bylaws.
2. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay:
- No smoking
- No weeds
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
-Remove your shoes inside house.
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil for your convenience.

4. Baby crib may be available upon request for a fee of $50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

5. Important note on Garbage collection:
- Sorting your garbage , recyclable items and food scraps to different bins accordingly.

Extra Service information details:

1. Early Check-In:
May be available from 12:00 PM onwards, a $50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of $50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm) subject to the booking availability.


The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. Unless confirmed with host otherwise.
