This stunning home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a spacious living area, perfect for families and groups alike. Relax and savor the breathtaking sunrise or sunset views overlooking the lake!
**Floor Plan**
MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and ample clothing storage. A full bathroom, fully stocked with bath supplies, completes the floor for your convenience. Additionally, the spacious living room offers stunning 180-degree lake views, and the dining room and fully stocked kitchen ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
BASEMENT:
The basement adds even more convenience for larger groups, featuring another living room, two additional bedrooms each with queen beds, and a full bathroom.
HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES:
- Big windows with plenty of natural light and blackout blinds for privacy.
- Onsite washer and dryer to get your laundry done with ease.
- Two bedrooms on main level sharing a full bathroom and both beds outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens, and comfortable duvet.
- Plenty parking spot on the carport and driveway of the house.
You will have access to the entire house. You will also can park on our driveway, so parking would be a breeze!

Nestled in the desirable Hawthorne Hills neighborhood, this picturesque community is known for its tree-lined streets, well-maintained homes, and a strong sense of community. Located just minutes from the beautiful shores of Lake Washington, residents enjoy easy access to waterfront parks, walking trails, and stunning views.
The house is close to restaurants, stores, parks, and transportations.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.
*** Fees & Pricing ***
- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
