The home opens onto 30A’s pedestrian sidewalk, providing easy access to the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that make 30A famous!

Seacrest Beach offers residents private beach access, ensuring a serene and exclusive coastal experience. The community features a 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool and complimentary seasonal tram service for easy access to both the beach and pool. With multiple parks, 24-hour neighborhood security, and proximity to local shops and communities like Rosemary and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach provides a safe and convenient lifestyle for all.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
