Our home has two living areas, plenty of seating, and is dog friendly so don't forget your furry friend at home!

Upon entering our home, you will be welcomed into our living area. This space features plush seating, a large smart tv, and a dining table for 6. Past the kitchen, there is additional space for your crew with more seating, another large smart tv, and a bar cart! In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked good, or just a great cup of coffee.

Our backyard is the perfect place to kick back with your group! Sit around the fire or grill and enjoy your meal outside.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four options;
1) Our first bedroom has a king sized bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
2) Our second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
3) Our third bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
3) There is also a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.

Getting Around:
Located right by the college campus! Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $40 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
