Swaying Palms is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. From the minute you open the door, this unit has a fresh coastal elegant vibe. Located on the third floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you’ll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely opens the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The patio features an outdoor sectional and dining area. The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The the other bedroom features two twin beds with flat screen TV. But, that’s not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bike for use during your stay.

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
