Security Deposit: All reservations made through VRBO will incur a $750 hold on their card on file the day before check-out. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released 7 days after the initial hold is made.
Additional Rules & Fees
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $1500 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $1000 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $150 late checkout and $150 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.
Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $250 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $400 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.
Max number of people on property - 14 people.
Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM.
No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
Lock home and windows when leaving.
Trash and Recycling are at the front side of the house. Pickup is early Thursday morning. Please put trash in containers Wednesday evening.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
