The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, which includes a cozy 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom setup. Additionally, you'll enjoy a charming front garden, perfect for unwinding or savoring the outdoors. This complete space offers both comfort and a touch of nature for a delightful stay.

This is a back unit of a property that has a shared backyard with the front house. The owner lives in the front unit. You will have access to the back half of the backyard garden - the front half of the backyard garden goes with the front house** Please feel free to use the chairs and tables, and the grill (next to the front door) directly in front of the back unit.

The Neighborhood:
Med Center is an established neighborhood and generally safe and quiet with friendly residents. The house is just an 11-minute walk from the lively Broadway Triangle, where you’ll find fantastic shops, eateries, a brewery, and a fantastic bookstore. We’re big fans of the Plant Foundry, a charming nursery and garden center, and think you’ll enjoy it as well.

Nearby, you’ll also find one of the city’s popular brunch spots, Bacon and Butter. With its array of delicious options, it’s worth getting there early to avoid the wait.

Getting Around:
If you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric scooter sharing! E scooters are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Uber and Lyft ride shares are certainly available too!

Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street (Broadway). Midtown is a 6 minute car ride away.
