Please ensure trash is taken to the street Sunday evenings. Please leave the container on the right side of the gravel driveway by the curb. Please ensure all trash is in bags and thrown into the outside container. Trash not in the container will not be picked up by the trash company.
* Water supplied to home is well water. Host will provide salt for well and Guest(s) are responsible to maintain adequate levels of salt.
* Garbage disposal located in kitchen sink. Please only turn on when water from the kitchen sink is running. Do not turn on without the kitchen faucet running during the entire time the garbage disposal is running. The switch is located in the lower cabinet under the kitchen sink.
* Host provides the approved dishwasher tablets for guest(s) to use.
* Washer and utility sink in the basement runs to a pump. While running the washer or utility sink and the pump discharges, sometimes there is a alarm that will go off. Just need to flip the switch off and turn back on to reset. Should the pump consistently run just need to adjust the float in overflow tank or contact host for assistance.
**No permission to use the pond or woods at the rear of this property as it does not belong to this property.**

The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest(s). By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that the Guest(s) is/are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to the use of the premise.**
- Guest(s) do not have permission to change, transfer or forward their mailing address to this property. If longer term accommodations are requested, Guest(s) can reach out to local postal services to inquire on a PO Box.
- Guest(s) will be responsible for any damages they create to the structure, other structures, land, trees, shrubs and plants and/or personal property in and on the property premises.
- Guest(s) are not permitted to be on property premises prior to the approved check-in date and time.
- Guest(s) are not permitted to be on property premises after the approved check-out date and time.
- Guest(s) do not have access to the detached garage on premises.
