The family-friendly home features a large kitchen with a complimentary coffee bar, a large living room with plenty of seating, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry room and sunroom. Amenities include central heating/air, Samsung smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable California King and Queen-sized beds. The three bathrooms have either a shower or a tub/shower combo. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and basic toiletries/shampoo/soap. There is one hair dryer available for guest use. The full-sized indoor laundry includes a deep sink and is stocked with basic laundry supplies. There are two tables available in the living area of the house to accommodate meals and gametime. Games, puzzles and books are available for your entertainment. The property has a large picnic table out front and large grassy areas around the house with shade trees for guests to relax and unwind. Outdoor games and equipment are available for your use. A covered breezeway on the back of the house includes a BBQ and seating area.
