With 2 bathrooms and a spacious, cozy living room featuring a uniquly retro futon AND 2 compfy sofas, guests will feel right at home. Cool custom dining table to eat on or play any of the many games we have. (oh, we have a dedicated work area, if you gota work). Enjoy the marvelous Colorado River with plenty of boat launches, water toy rentals , nearby parks and beachy areas with covered day picnic on the river during your water play, also just minutes away, across the river, Laughlin Nevada Casinos and entertainment. Plenty to do around the area, everything you need close by.
At the house you can relax, enjoy the comfort and calming , fun atmosphere inside with games, and outside with a huge covered patio, uncovered area too with a fire pit, waterfall , built in BBQ and bar, lots of room to relax, play cornhole, foosball or stand under the oudoor shower and cool off. Room to play the stereo and dance (maybe even have a small band ,the neighbors are cool, we can discuss that) We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
