Welcome to Heart and Sol Retreat! This stunning 3 bed/2 bath, professionally designed home offers luxury and comfort for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the serene, new neighborhood with breathtaking desert bluffs and landscapes. Unwind by the pool, soak in the infinity spa, and relax on the pristine travertine pool deck. With an elegant interior and extensive amenities, this retreat promises peace and tranquility. Step into a world of luxury and make unforgettable memories at this impressive getaway.

*Base price is for 6 guests.

*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets ($500 fine) property, and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.

*If bringing a service animal, we would appreciate prior notice to make sure we have the furniture covered and the home prepared for you.

* Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

*We have security cameras in the front entry pointing toward the street and in the garage pointing toward the garage door for safety and security purposes. No cameras are in any living area, inside or out.

*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. Thank you.

*Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. In the colder season, we will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:

POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.

HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day
Summer - $25 a day
Fall & Spring - $25 a day

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep 4 adults separately or 8 guests total with our three bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our primary bedroom with attached bath offers a Sleep Number king bed which adjusts each side of the mattress to guests' optimal comfort level. The second and third guest rooms have queen beds. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so that you can relax at night in the privacy of your own room, should you choose.

Dedicated Work Space: This work space is located within the third bedroom. An adjustable standing desk is provided for you.

Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full Calphalon cookware is provided along with bakeware. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as drip and Keurig coffee makers, coffee grinder, coffee, rice cooker, wok, slow cooker, waffle iron, blender, and Dutch oven. This owner knows how to host a party and even provides a margarita machine for your use! With a dining room table (with extra leaf) along with bar seating, your entire party can be seated for meals.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen, and the wall of sliding windows and doors makes you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.

Garage: Although we have a three car garage, the third bay is used as a fitness area. The two car garage side is to be utilized for your parking. A sink is provided in the garage for your use as well.


YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
POOL & HOT TUB: Enjoy your time in our luxury pool and infinity spa. You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the colder months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is required and effective.
DINING TABLE: Outdoor dining table for 8.
25' PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
YARD GAMES: Cornhole
OUTDOOR LIVING: An outdoor lounge/conversation set with TV offers additional comfort in the backyard.
VIEW: We have stunning views of the sunrise and sunset that will not disappoint. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.
FITNESS AREA: A large workout space is set up in the garage on interlocking fitness mats and includes yoga mats and blocks, dumbbells, and a jump rope.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

We are your co-hosts, J and Amy. We will give you your privacy. Should you need us, please message us on the feed.

Heart and Sol Retreat is located in a new and beautiful community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, Heart and Sol Retreat is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

If you are flying into town, renting a car from Vegas or St. George is a great option. There are also shuttle services that will drive you from the airport to Mesquite (Airbnb does not allow website or phone numbers on the listing.)

There are a couple of Uber drivers in town, but their availability is limited.

* Please, no chipping on or around the putting green.

* Barbeque should be operated and supervised by adults only.

* Please remove your shoes.

* Garage Remote - Please leave where you found it. $200 replacement fee if lost.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

We do not host entire teams. This is not a property for friends/team members to come and swim or use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or spending time on the property could result in removal of guests from the property.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect of our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*No chipping on or around the putting green. Thank you.


Pool & Hot Tub -

***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, re-treated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!

* * * *Follow pool and hot tub rules. PLEASE - NO DIVING!

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melamine dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.

*Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

*When finished with the umbrella, please wrap it. If windy, please take it out of the holder and place it in the hooks on the brick wall. The wind will snap it in half.

*If young children are staying, please make sure the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all times. There is an alarm with a bypass to ensure little ones safety. Removing the batteries is at your own risk and must be replaced at checkout. The front door must be locked at all times as there is direct access to the pool.

Wow what a beautiful home!

Came in town to work at The World Long Dive competition this weekend a few miles from this lovely home. Super convenient to everything. This is an amazing property with all of the amenities.Home owners made this stay so welcoming.House is exactly what is advertised. Was a wonderful experience and will be back later in the year and will book the same place if it is available.
