Getting Around:
You will need a car to go anywhere off the property. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in a rural, mountain location where roads can be covered in snow and ice.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

DOG FEE:
● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. Note that booking platforms may only charge 1 pet fee. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can request the appropriate fees.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, and flying insects may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
