Spacious three-bedroom spacious condo 4 minute walk to the beach!

We discovered Xanadu during one of our vacations over 20 years ago and fell in love with this place and have been coming down as often as we can ever since! You’ll feel right at home inside our condo with beautiful soft beach colors, large spaces and solid surface floors throughout (no carpeting).
The courtyard is peaceful and quiet with low crowds most all the time and we often enjoy the pool, that is just steps away, all to ourselves. We offer a warm comfortable home and are quick to respond to any unforeseeable issues that may pop up during your stay. The complex itself is older and on the small side and has a nice mix of vacationers and owners who reside here seasonally and year round giving the place a much nicer local feel than other newer properties who strictly cater to travelers.
Our kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes and cookware as well as some simple extras you'd have at home like salt and pepper, plastic wrap and basic spices. We provide a high chair, booster seat, a pack and play crib with a sheet for families traveling with small children.
You will also enjoy the safety and security of the property as it is the only property on the island that is completely surrounded by a moat! A coded entry allows you access to the private parking lot and building doors. We love sitting on the rear patio or front master deck watching the birds (herons, egrets, hummingbirds) and feed the turtles that live in the moat.
We supply beach chairs, cooler, floats, boogie boards, a few pails/shovels, beach umbrella and a rolling cart for our guests to use at the beach as well. Or if you prefer there are the lifeguard chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. All we do not provide is beach towels.
Bike rentals are available all over the island, but there is a stand directly in front of the condo on the bike path that's super convenient.
We have WiFi boosters and lots of extension cord plug ins for your devices so there’s plenty of signal to support all your devices! There’s a new smart TV in the living room for you to enjoy onscreen entertainment during your evenings relaxing with the fam and on rainy days.
