I love it because it is also a very short drive (or walk) to the Tennessee River either by going to the Standpipe Overlook (0.8 miles) or to Riverfront Park (0.8 miles). Please enter the correct number of guest when booking as this will assist in planning for your arrival. Any unauthorized guest would be subject to a $200 additional fee. VERY IMPORTANT! Please note that this is a multi-unit building. We ask that you please respect the other tenants that are also in the building. Please be mindful of the neighbors when it comes to excessive noise . If there is any damage to the unit or its contents (i.e. furniture, floors, rugs, mattress, appliances, or linens, including stains) there would be a non refundable fee in the amount of the cleaning/repair/replacement of the item. We do not allow any mail or packages. Guest are not allowed to send or receive packages using our address. This is a short term/vacation rental.
