Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals, while the adjoining dining and living spaces offer ample room for everyone to unwind.

The retreat features three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master suite includes a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The remaining bedrooms offer cozy queen-sized beds, and there’s a convenient sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.

Step outside onto the expansive deck to discover a luxurious hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day at the beach. *Boats are allowed and there is plenty of parking, including a 2 car garage
*Pets (up to 2 dogs) allowed. No more than 50 lbs each. $150 pet fee total, not $150/pet.

*Follow the Fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
