Das Home ist 15 Minuten vom Safari Park Zoo, 20 Minuten vom Valley View Casino und dem Harrahs Casino, 30 Minuten von der Innenstadt von San Diego, Sea World, dem Zoo von San Diego und 30 Minuten von Temecula Wein und Land entfernt. Das kalifornische Kunstzentrum und das Green Gable Estate in San Marcos sind ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt. Die nächsten Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind 2 Minuten von zu Hause entfernt. Zuhause nicht für Partys, nur für Familienausflüge. Es sind Nachbarn in der Nähe, der Geräuschpegel muss um 21 Uhr gesunken sein.

Nice dwelling, host great

Rented it for my family came out of town, host was accommodating, very friendly. It would be my first choice to rent when my family come to see us again, unless it is unavailable.

Beware!! WORST experience ever!!!

Owner is a total scammer. Tried to penalize me for cleaning the house and placing the accumulated trash in her trash bins. Said the original cleaning fee only covered the inside of the house. So if you stay here you may want to leave the trash inside the house and save yourself some money. She also accused me of touching her pool system (another scam) to get more money out of her guest who pay good money to stay in her home. I have already open a case against her petty claims. So save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else! Neighbor warned me that owner likes to past by and check up on families who stay there. So if your look for privacy another reason to look elsewhere.

Awesome Rental

This VRBO was exactly as described. It was easy to access local highways, lots of great grocery/restaurants nearby, nice neighbors and a fabulous rental house at a very cost effective rate! We had 10 people in our party and we didn't feel crowded due to the large space. Lorena was a pleasure to communicate with - she was timely and very accommodating in any response. I will definitely return if I am anywhere near this rental!

Pool was wonderful! Beds marginally comfortable. Space roomy and nice. One door could not close due to long bed. I would recommend this location for your larger group.

We loved the house with the swimming pool. However, it was too chilly to use the pool much but we can't control the weather. The twin beds and futon were not comfortable especially for adults. We made some great family memories, and that is what counts. Our property manager was very gracious and helpful.

Very nice

The house is very clean and roomy. We requested to be in early once we landed and Lorena worked hard to allow us in. The house and owner are awesome! Please be sure to recognize before you book that the pool and hot tub are not heated and there is no night timelight in the pool.

Great Family Vacation

This property was clean, organized and a great place to stay. The "no air conditioning" was a little uncomfortable at night in July, but there were fans in each room. The pool was wonderful and the view spectacular.

Enjoyable stay, excellent host

Pros: Lorena was a great communicator who prepared us for arrival and answered all our questions throughout our stay in a helpful way. The house was nice and easily accommodated our group of 8. The kitchen was pretty well appointed and there were more than enough towels and toiletries available. It got chilly in the evenings during our stay (December), but the heater worked great and kept the grandparents warm. We also had plenty of hot water, even for 8 people sharing two bathrooms. The location put us about 30 minutes away to most main attractions in San Diego, Carlsbad, etc., but is very close to the Safari Park, which was nice. We loved the nice touches like Christmas decorations that were awaiting us. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms all seemed fairly new and modern. The bedrooms were snug, but the common spaces fit 8 people just fine. Cons: The "extra" bedroom with the futon would not be a very comfortable stay, so we took advantage of all the twin bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms, a twin bed blocked the door, so it couldn't close all the way. The house was a little older and more sparse than I expected; with a large group, it would be nice to have more hooks in the bathrooms, and a few more dishes. The floors left our feet and socks pretty dirty, but overall, the house was clean and comfortable. And even though the description states that the pool is not heated, the kids were disappointed to not be able to swim or use the tiny hot tub. (They looked so nice and tempting.) Overall: This worked well for our family. We had a lovely trip and we appreciated Lorena's hospitality.

Wonderful Property

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving week to be close to my relatives, who mostly live in Escondido. The weather was surprisingly hot and we spent a great deal of time outdoors, where there are comfortable lounges and chairs. We could have stayed inside, because there are an abundance of fans and the inside was quite comfortable. But the view is spectacular. The house is really clean and nicely maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room was too comfortable -- one day I came in and everyone was sleeping on the couch! It is really close to hiking: everyone should visit Daley Ranch, which is an easy 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The owner/manager was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in the north county.

Cumfy, cozy crib.

The house was clean and very comfortable. Lorena took great care to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Had plenty of room for my family, including a couple of relatives that decided it best not to drive home after the wedding.

Very nice home with updated appliances and baths, and is comfortably furnished.

We stayed for 9 days while in Escondido for a family wedding. The house and pool were very nice for the 8 of us, and is really ideally located for easy access to sightseeing at area attractions and the coast. The owner was gracious and very helpful throughout our stay, and we really had an enjoyable time. We would certainly come back again.

Loved the View!

We liked nearly everything about this house. The big kitchen with two tables, and the deck with a view was wonderful. We were there only one night, so not having air conditioning was not a problem for us. But I would imagine it would be if you were there during the day in the summer. But it cools off real well at night. We also had no need for a washer and dryer, but I would suggest getting some type for those who would be staying any length of time. (and maybe a window unit a/c somewhere. There were 9 of us, and we had plenty of choices in beds. I won't soon forget though, sitting on the deck in the lounge chairs staring at the beautiful sunset. Thanks!
