***In addition to the building renovations and updates if your reservation is between August 2024 - October 2024 the patio furniture is not on the balconies. we have provided folding beach chairs that may be used on the balconies in the meantime when they're not working on the balcony. If they're working on the balcony or painting you will not be able to use the balcony during that time. we ask that you bring the beach chairs inside when not on the balcony***

NOTE ** If you accidentally push or hit the Elevator Emergency Phone Button WAIT and STAY on the elevator and SPEAK to the Monitoring Center letting them know you are ok so that the Fire Department is not activated and sent to the building. The cameras will be reviewed and the responsible guest will be charged so please do not just laugh it off and ignore the monitoring center WAIT and SPEAK to them. If anyone is trapped in the elevator by all means please press the emergency button as that is what it is there for.
