Second Unit:
• Flexible Space: This unit features a queen bed and a versatile dining table that doubles as a workspace, perfect for remote work or intimate meals.

Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties. We are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. We're dedicated to making your getaway perfect!

For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.

• Please be aware that the home is off a dirt road.
• Although there are no laundry facilities at our home, the closest laundromat is Wash & Go Laundromat, located about 10 minutes away.
• For use of both the indoor and outdoor fire pits. We do advise guests to bring their own firewood as we cannot always guarantee firewood will be available for use- Please check fire rules and regulations before lighting outdoor fire.
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home.
**Extra pet fees will be added though our guest portal after booking is confirmed. (Plus Tax) Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

• Primary renter must be 18 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
