The luminous apartment inside a historic building features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed, and a spacious king-size sofa bed to sleep up to 6. The bedrooms have blackout shades when you want to sleep late and high-quality bedding to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The dining table accommodates up to 6 people, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Additionally, there's a coffee station with a Nespresso coffee maker and an electric kettle for a variety of teas to kickstart your mornings. There’s a super cute balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee in the fresh morning air. The apartment is located in the heart of Roma-Condesa, making it easy to explore the surrounding area with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and parks nearby! Getting Around:
To get around the Roma Norte area in Mexico City, you have several public transportation options:

METRO
- Nearby stations: Roma Norte is well-connected by several metro stations.
The closest ones are Insurgentes (Line 1, pink line) and Sevilla (Line 1), as well as Cuauhtémoc (Line 1) and Chilpancingo (Line 9, brown line). These stations connect you to different parts of the city.

METROBUS
- Line 1 (red line): Runs along Insurgentes Avenue, with stations such as Durango, Sonora, and Álvaro Obregón.
- Line 3 (green line): Runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, with stations such as **Hospital General** and **Centro Médico**.
These Metrobús lines are very useful for getting around Roma Norte and to other important areas of the city.

ECOBICI
- Roma Norte has several Ecobici stations, making it easy to use shared bicycles to get around the area and to nearby neighborhoods like Condesa, Juárez, and Cuauhtémoc.

BUSES AND MICROBUSES
- On main avenues like Insurgentes, Álvaro Obregón, and Chapultepec, there are several bus and microbus routes that connect Roma Norte with other parts of the city.

TROLLEYBUS
- Line 1 of the trolleybus runs along Avenida Cuauhtémoc, offering an additional connection within and outside of Roma Norte.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator. By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For long-term stays (21 nights or over), it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Please note that for reservations lasting more than 3 weeks, a cleaning session will be required during the second week. Additionally, for longer stays, a minimum of one cleaning per month must be scheduled. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Only 1 service animal is allowed. - For stays of more than 3 weeks, a mandatory cleaning service must be scheduled and paid for by the guest at $50 USD. Stays longer than 4 weeks: 1 complimentary cleaning is offered and the one mandatory cleaning be at the guest’s expense per the above.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a door code. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
