Beautifully restored Brownstone with jaw-dropping detail. Featuring original woodwork, plaster crown moldings, marble fireplaces, reclaimed wood floors, arched pocket doors and Venetian plaster walls. A cook's kitchen, perfect for family dinners, a deck and a beautifully landscaped garden await. A playful wet room bath and a spectacular terrazzo spa bath are a highlight. Skylights galore and a quiet dressing room perched on the top floor offer repose from the hustle and bustle of the city. Central to all of Brooklyn's great cultural and dining scenes and a few steps to the express train to NYC.

The base rate is for 4-person occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $75 per person per night.

We live in the garden apartment and will be available during your stay for any concerns. If traveling with small children, romping and playing must be contained to the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

For single-night stays a $100 convenience fee will be added to the stay

Even more incredible than the pictures and descriptions. Quiet and peaceful, one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Would stay here every single time I visit the city. Top notch remodeled Brownstone in Bedford Stuy - near Fulton Street.

6 of us stayed in three bedrooms for a family wedding celebration. The house is beautifully redecorated and the kitchen very well equipped as we hosted both dinner and brunch and even baked there. Parked our SUV on the block for the weekend and used Uber and the subway lines. Ursula is right around the corner for breakfast burritos.

Our Stay in Brooklyn

It was wonderful to be nestled into a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where we easily found food at local cafes and grocery stores and transit into the City. The brownstone has been beautifully restored. We were comfortable in all the rooms and soothed by the ambiance.

Each room is beautiful. We only used one bedroom and it was so lovely and cozy. It was a delight to cook in the well-appointed and gorgeous kitchen. It’s a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The sun is beautiful in the morning. I can’t wait to return.

Elegant, Beautifully Restored Home

It just doesn’t get any better than this beautifully decorated, well appointed, sizable home, A nine minute walk to the subway. Our family of six, ranging in age from nine to 70 were all comfortable in our own spacious rooms, as well as togetherness in the kitchen or living area. The beds were comfy and well-appointed and the kitchen was well-stocked with all items required to prepare a complete, gourmet meal. The bathrooms were beyond what anyone would ever expect, with mid-room "rain-shower" showers and incredible soaking tubs. We are seasoned VRBO guests, as well as owners of a 5-star VRBO home, and all of us fully recommend this wonderful home as a vacation site for a family.

Right at home in the lap of luxury

My parents stayed two nights. Saturday and Sunday. They felt right at home and didn’t want to leave! We appreciated the attention to detail and overall gorgeous design aesthetic. The only thing we could have wished for, would be some kitchen towels. Tatiana was so kind and helpful and responsive. Thank you so much! Will be recommending to friends in the future and hopefully will be back soon.

Filed false insurance claim

A disabled supported couple was assisted to this home to have a weekend getaway in NYC. They arrived to the home after 10pm due to having plans all day in the city. During that time we received repeated text from the owner asking when will we be checking in because the owner wanted to hand us the keys. The next day we got up and was again out all day and didn’t return back to the home until after midnight. In a period of 2 days we sat in the home for less the 24 hrs. They slept there and left out and now the property owner who is downstairs from where your staying is filing a false claim for a sofa we never sat on. I will never recommend this place or stay here again.

It is a very central and architecturally stunning neighborhood central to the best Brooklyn's culture, dining, parks, and other activities. The express train is a five-minute walk from the house and will get you into Manhattan in less than 20 minutes.

The home was exquisitely renovated and has a wonderful vibe. Gorgeous mantels, crown moldings, reclaimed pine floors. soaring ceilings, five skylights, and spectacular light throughout. There are two stunning spa baths and the kitchen in perfect for entertaining.
