One of the few cabins to feature a full-size steam sauna, the cabin also boasts smart home controls throughout, hydrotherapy hot tub, rainfall showers, soaking tub, gas grill, fire pit with firewood provided, wine refrigerator, and an EV car charger. Additionally, you will find that the smaller luxurious touches curated by the cabin's owners are what truly make your stay memorable and will leave you wanting to return to the Meadowlark Retreat time and again.

The Meadowlark is a modern farmhouse-style luxury retreat seated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful Sunrise Ridge neighborhood. This 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom cabin is 1,200 sq-ft with rich chocolate hardwood floors, white shiplap interior, splashes of decorative color, and modern materials and touches throughout. The cabin is conveniently located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other local attractions.

Master Suite (sleeps 2)- King bed, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, closet with iron and ironing board, private access to the back deck and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, oversized shower with double rainfall shower heads, and "His and Hers" spa robes.

Indoor Living - Open floorplan with designer lighting, ceiling fan, 55" 4K HDTV, gas fireplace, leather sectional, dining table, and cascading sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious back deck. Half bathroom off the living/kitchen space.

Outdoor Living – Steam sauna, hot tub, sectional seating, and dining area, two ceiling fans, gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace, 55" 4K HDTV. Head down the staircase for a little nighttime stargazing by the seasonal creek or warm up by the wood-burning fire pit while roasting marshmallows. Keep your eyes peeled for the deer who regularly visit the feeder on property!

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay such as a wine refrigerator, gas stovetop, island with barstool seating for 3, Keurig Duo coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, mixer, toaster, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and two sets of dishware for outdoor and indoor use.

General Information – Cabin is restricted to guests aged 18 or older only and is NOT pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding. Smart TVs throughout cabin, EV car charger outlet available, circle drive for boat parking. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 2 adults, no exceptions.
