Nestled just 1/4 mile from Mount Snow, this spacious and inviting ski house is perfect for group getaways. With seven bedrooms spread across three levels, 5.5 bathrooms, and two separate living areas, it offers ample space and comfort for everyone. The house features a hot tub, a private tennis court, a deck, and an outdoor firepit and grill, ensuring plenty of options for relaxation and fun. Our family has enjoyed this home for over 30 years, using it frequently with friends and family, so it's well-stocked with kitchen utensils, games, and fast WiFi. It truly is an ideal place to spend time in Vermont.

Inside, the house boasts two large great rooms. The first level great room is perfect for kids, equipped with sofas, a 49” flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table also suitable for games. The second level houses the kitchen and main living room, offering ample space for everyone to spread out. This room features another large 49” flat-screen smart TV, various games, and a working fireplace, with wood stocked both inside and outside.

The game room above the garage includes a ping pong table, and new for the 2021 season is a luxurious 93” x 93” Arctic Spa hot tub. The main entrance on the first floor leads to two bedrooms, one en-suite with a queen bed and full bath, and another with two twin beds. This level also has a second full bath off the living room, a living space, a dining table, and a washer and dryer.

The second level features an en-suite bedroom with a king bed and a half bath. The kitchen, dining, and living room are also on this level, with French doors providing plenty of natural light and access to a spacious deck with stunning views.

The third level includes two full baths, two bedrooms each with two twin beds, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, most of which are flat-screen and wall-mounted.

Although the clay tennis court on the premises is currently unavailable for use, this status may change. Interested parties should contact the owner to inquire about its availability at the time of booking. Additionally, there is nearby access to snowmobile trails leading to Canada and other destinations.

Guest access is facilitated through a door code, allowing for contactless check-in and check-out. We also provide a total of ten lawn chairs and a few beach chairs stored in the outdoor closet adjacent to the hot tub. Please feel free to use them and return them to their storage areas before departure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
