Coyoacán radiates a serene artistic charm. Its cobbled streets, colonial buildings, and lush gardens create an enchanting blend of culture and natural beauty. Once home to famed artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, their former residences are must-see landmarks. Jardín Hidalgo is a bustling square featuring an arts and crafts market, street performers, and eateries serving Mexican delicacies. This neighborhood's cultural heritage, bohemian vibe, and historical significance make it a beloved and culturally vibrant destination.
This adorable apartment may be small, but it has all you’ll need for a comfortable stay! The sitting area features a cozy sofa and an 80” Smart TV for downtime at home. The kitchenette has all the most important basics, like a refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils and dishware. Upstairs in the loft, you have a restful queen bed and some closet space to unpack your suitcase and feel more at home.
The building itself features 4 beautiful common areas for guests to enjoy. There’s an area with lots of cozy sofa seating, an area with laptop-friendly workspaces, an enclosed area where you can guard bicycles, and the best part - the rooftop that features sun loungers and dining tables.
Whether you’re recharging your batteries at home or out exploring the area, you won’t be disappointed with your stay here! Don’t wait to reserve!

Known for its cobbled streets, colorful colonial-era buildings, and lush gardens, Coyoacán offers a captivating blend of cultural richness and natural beauty. This area was once the home of renowned Mexican artists Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, and their former residences, the Frida Kahlo Museum and the Diego Rivera-Anahuacalli Museum, are must-visit attractions. The main square, known as the Jardín Hidalgo, is a central hub with a vibrant arts and crafts market, street musicians, and a variety of cafes and restaurants serving traditional Mexican cuisine. This neighborhood's rich cultural heritage, bohemian ambiance, and historical significance make it a beloved and culturally vibrant destination in Mexico City.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 15.5 km or 9.6 miles away. There is free street parking near the apartment.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing
Other Things to Note:
There is a hot tub on the rooftop area, however it is temporarily out of service.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest.
There is a shared washer & dryer in the building that guests may use. The building staff will provide you with tokens for you to use, but please note that these are only handed out on weekdays.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

This is a self-check-in unit using a door code. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
