-Central AC is control centrally kept at about 70F most of the time. Pretty comfortable and cool room as ground floor

- **No Parties Policy**: Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not allowed in the studio.

- **Quiet Hours**: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the peaceful ambiance of our community.

- **Shared Backyard**: The backyard is a communal space for relaxation and enjoyment.

- **Laundry Facility**: A quarter-operated laundry facility is available for your convenience.

- **Additional Guest Fee**: Extra guests must be registered in advance. Unregistered guests will incur an additional fee and possible reservation cancelation.
