The space
Great ranch style home built with vaulted high ceilings and custom design features. Step into the art deco entrance and open layout, perfect for relaxing effortlessly together. Ambient mood lighting surrounds the space with seating throughout the kitchen, living and dining room. There are new super comfy beds, king, queen, full, plus updated bathrooms. Each bedroom has closets and nightstands to safely store your belongings. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and mindfully designed to cook with everything at your fingertips in a spacious setting with a kitchen island and coffee bar. Look out from the kitchen into the sparkling backyard pool with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and private swimming pool and backyard. Free parking on site and on street available for registered guest only up to 3 cars, no RVs. Easy access to major street and freeway, excellent location near the festivals and concerts, events and shows, sports and entertainment, golfing, tennis, equestrian areas, including great shopping, restaurants, and casinos. Please note pool is not heated and no washer or dryer.
Other things to note
Please read and confirm the HOUSE RULES. Minimum age 25 with valid ID and signature required. Housekeeping cleaning before and after every reservation. Extra cleaning may be available during your stay upon request with fee. Pool cleaned twice a week and Landscaping biweekly. Garbage day is picked up on Thursdays. Read street sign for street cleaning. Note some lamps are connected by wall switch to turn on.

-No Loitering in front of the house. NO ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE of the Property. Refrain from disturbing the neighborhood. Please enjoy the VRBO peacefully and respectfully inside the house or visit the wonderful multiple various public locations nearby.
-NO PARTY OR EVENTS. No social gatherings. Events are prohibited. Any unauthorized Party/Event or large gathering will result in Penalty Fee of $500 and IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with no refund. Ask about finding a proper venue nearby.
-NO smoking/vaping at the property. NO Drugs of any kind. There will be a $1500 fee charged to clean up the smell.
-NO Outside Visitors. You must register ALL the guests. No exceptions, the fee is $100/per extra visitor that is not registered in the booking.
-NO Pets. Animals are prohibited on the premises, the fee is $250 plus extra $250 pet cleaning fee and guest will be asked to leave. Ask about finding a proper boarding location.

- There are security cameras on 24 hours at the exterior of the home. Any tampering will be subject to immediate cancellation and eviction with NO refunds plus fee of $200.
