This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is ideal for families and groups looking for a relaxing escape. Located just a short drive from the beach, this home offers everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
This house features spacious bedrooms (including a kid friendly bunk room), full kitchen, luggage lift, outdoor propane grill, and is in a convenient location close to shops, the local grocery store and especially the beach. Create some memories and book today!
Upon entry, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen, which also includes a washer and dryer. Off the living room, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which features two sets of bunk beds. At the back of the living room, there is a master suite with its own bathroom.
You're free to use the whole house, the bottom patio and back yard. Please stay out of the storage closet which is in the master suite. It will be locked.
I'm not local to the area, but I have an entire team on the peninsula. I will of course be available via the Airbnb app and call/text.
The luggage lift is not available as an elevator. It’s meant for groceries, luggage, etc. Putting a person on it could damage the lift due to weight distribution issues.
-Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand under the house. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (I understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact me so I can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
-Please lock doors upon departure.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
-Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
