Nestled along the banks of the pristine Big Hole River and La Marche Creek, our newly constructed 7,500 square foot haven sits on a sprawling 355-acre property, offering an unparalleled Montana retreat. While we are still working on the finishing touches, this expansive home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families, groups of friends, or corporate gatherings seeking a luxurious escape in nature.

Inside, six elegantly appointed bedrooms await, each boasting its own en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Two lavish master suites, one conveniently located on the lower level, provide extra space and luxury. Both master suites feature private riverfront balconies, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of the river and breathtaking views of the Montana landscape.

The house is a haven for both relaxation and activity, featuring a state-of-the-art gym for fitness enthusiasts and a lively game room for hours of entertainment. Step out onto the main scenic balcony to breathe in the crisp Montana air and take in panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness.

The heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen, is equipped with high-end appliances including two dishwashers, perfect for effortless entertaining and family meals.

The Big Hole River is a fly fisherman's paradise. Home to 5 species of game fish, brown trout, rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brook trout, and the Lower 48's last remaining strong hold of native fluvial arctic grayling. This pristine fishery has 4 distinct sections over its 150 mile course encompassing high country meadows, tight canyons, and wide open cottonwood river bottoms. With pocket water, riffles, pools, shallow edges, deep runs, undercut banks, and long tail outs it has every type of water to hide your next wild trophy trout in. The river is also home to wide spectrum of aquatic insect species; some pf the most prolific hatches including salmon fly, Mother's Day caddis, pale morning duns, and tricos to name a few! Whatever your game is, from match the hatch dry fly fishing to chuck and duck streamer fishing, there is a type of water and time of year that will suit your fancy. It's no surprise that the Big Hole has been affectionately nicknamed Montana's Last Best River.
