Spend the day enjoying all the happenings in Pigeon Forge or tubing at River Rat in Townsend, TN, then come home to relax by the firepit while the kiddos play in the oversized yard and creek!

This cabin and huge yard are ideal for a family get away. This two bedroom, two bath cottage sleeps 8 and boasts an oversized yard, with a creek running through it! Enjoy sitting by the firepit or playing cornhole, while the kiddos enjoy playing in the playhouse or pretend fishing in the creek. This home has two nice size bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft which sports a game room and 2 trundle beds, making it 4 twin beds for the kids to have a great time and their own private space during your vacation!

15 minutes to Townsend (Quiet side of the Smokies), 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and only 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

*NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOW!
*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
