This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*- small dogs only), one-bedroom guest suite is nestled on a 52 acre cattle ranch with amazing mountain views. If you love hiking and all things outdoors, you’re in the right spot. With Sea Creek Falls and Woody Gap trail only 20 minutes away, you’re not far from adventure.

This apartment features a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen, and large living area. Off the main sitting area, you will find a screened-in porch where you can take in the Blue Ridge Mountains and picturesque pasture views. Grill out on the lower deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air or take a stroll on some of the logging roads on the property.

Property Notes:
-This is an apartment above a detached garage (only accessible by stairs). The homeowner lives in the home next door (see relativity in photos). They’re a sweet couple that keep to themselves, but feel free to wave or strike up a conversation if you feel inclined to!
-We encourage you to admire the Japanese Wagyu but we ask that you do not enter the pasture. Dogs must be leashed and must not be left unattended.
-Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
-Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

Important things to know:
• There is a pet fee for all dogs that are not service animals. The pet fee is $100 plus 12% tax per dog (per stay, not day). The first dog will be included in your booking total if you select "Pets" when booking. Restrictions: Dogs under 20 lbs allowed (no cats). Dogs must be kept on leash when outside.
• If you are bringing an electric vehicle, there is a fee of $10 (plus tax) per day to charge your vehicle. Please notify us prior to your stay if you will be charging your vehicle.
• This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• We offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• Our cabin has a Keurig and we provide pods.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
